Time for StrollStrong at the Sparks Marina.

Get in shape while having fun!  At over half the cost of a typical training session, StrollStrong offers a unique fitness experience for the whole family.  Bring your stroller, your little one and a positive attitude.  Get in shape now!

Classes are offered Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 9am at the Sparks Marina. 
(Park on the west side of the Scheels Parking lot)
